Letter from Fathʻali to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma
The writer pays the debt of his deceased wife, daughter of Aqa Sayyid Zaki, to her daughter, wife of Samad (son of Haji Hamd Allah), and she has transferred the ownership of a house worth forty tumans to him. After a while, Samad makes an official complaint to the Court of Justice claiming the house. The writer asks the addressee for justice.

The writer discusses the complaint of Mirza ʻIsmaʻil, son of the late Mushir al-Tujjar, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about his mother's ownership of a farm in ʻUmarmil, and holds documents proving his words. However, the other wife of the late Mushir al-Tujjar, Maʻsumah Khanum, and a few others, are claiming the farm should be divided among all the inheritors. She asks her cousin to order the Lieutenant Governor of Burujird to leave her tenant and the peasants of these three villages alone and allow them to live the way they are now.
